1.H2S and SO2 and other acid gas absorbents, non-ionic surfactants, emulsifiers, polishing agents, industrial gas purification agents, lubricants. Iminodiethanol, also known as diethanolamine, is an intermediates of the herbicide glyphosate. It is used as a gas purifying agent and also used as a synthetic drug and raw material for organic synthesis.
2. Applicationd as a thickener foam improver in shampoos and light detergents, and as a softener in the production of synthetic fibers and leather. Diethanolamine reacts with 70% sulfuric acid to dehydrate and cyclize to form morpholine (ie, 1,4-oxetane). Both morpholine and diethanolamine are intermediates in organic synthesis.For example, morpholine can be used to produce certain optical bleaching agents in the textile industry.The fatty acid salt of morpholine can be used as a preservative. Set or as a solvent. Diethanolamine is used in analytical chemistry as a reagent and gas chromatography fixative to selectively retain and separate alcohols, glycols, amines, pyridines, quinolines, piperazines, thiols, thioethers, and water.
3. Diethanolamine is an important corrosion inhibitor, which can be used in boiler water treatment, automotive engine coolants, drilling and cutting oils, and other types of lubricants. It is also used as an absorbent for the purification of acid gases in natural gas. Applicationd as emulsifier in various cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. Applicationd as a lubricant in the textile industry, as a wetting agent and softener and other organic synthetic raw materials.
4. Applicationd as an acid absorbent, plasticizer, softener, emulsifier, etc. in adhesives. It is also used as an absorbent for acid gases (such as hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, etc.) in petroleum gas, natural gas and other gases. It is a raw material for the synthesis of pharmaceuticals, pesticides, dye intermediates and surfactants. The Henan factory is located in the south of Tengda Road and the west of Gongye 3rd Road, Huaiyang District, Zhoukou City, Henan Province. The Shandong production plant is located in Liaocheng City, Shandong Province. It has a production workshop covering an area of 2600m², a supporting material warehouse of 800m², a QC laboratory of 150m², and a number of 500~5000L reactors. It has successfully carried out a number of scale-up production projects. The annual output of the body is more than 200 tons.
